Campsite Rates for New Campers
Campsite Rates for New Campers
Full service hook-ups, winterizing, trailer black-water pump weekly service, trailer care and clean up (pressure washing, minor repairs, custom built porches and covers, etc.), lot maintenance (lawn mowing, tree, branch and trimming), split fire wood delivery.
Lawn Maintenance $20 or yearly $400 to $500
Service Rate $35.00 - 45.00 per hour

If you have any maintenance concerns, please e-mail us at maintenance@kic-life.com with a description of the problem. Please give us 48 hours to reply if it is an emergency, please let us know in the subject line and mark it as urgent. This will help us keep track of repairs pending.

Q: How do we access the gate.
A: Press the Airphone system next to the gate keypad.
Q: When does the campground open and close?
A: Camping season is all year long.
Q. When will the water be on?
A: The water will be on in April, pending the weather each year.
Q: When will the water be turned off?
A: We will start around October 21st pending the weather.
